  中空玻璃雙組份膠所用的原料,都具有很強(qiáng)的粘結(jié)力,但不管粘結(jié)力多強(qiáng)的材料其特性都需要特定的符合性能要求的條件下才能實(shí)現(xiàn),我們所用的雙組份膠它的最佳粘結(jié)力的產(chǎn)生(跟玻璃及鋁條)是在其加入規(guī)定量固化劑后立即涂在所需涂布的部位讓其在所涂布的部位完成從開始硫化———完全硫化的一個(gè)過程,如果我們將膠在半硫化狀態(tài)下在涂至所需部位,則粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度就大有影響。

  筆者做過這樣一個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn),準(zhǔn)備200片玻璃小樣清洗烘干,將合格的雙組份膠按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)比例一次混均,在同樣的環(huán)境條件下每10秒將膠分別涂在試樣用玻璃片上,當(dāng)涂至116片試樣時(shí),膠已失去了粘結(jié)能力,放置一天后分別檢驗(yàn)?zāi)z跟玻璃的粘結(jié)力,發(fā)現(xiàn)其粘結(jié)力隨著硫化程度的加強(qiáng)而減弱,直至徹底失去粘結(jié)力。回想起以前有一個(gè)朋友生產(chǎn)的中空玻璃因尺寸搞錯(cuò),有100多片中空玻璃多做而報(bào)廢放在露天,半年后發(fā)現(xiàn)有部分已經(jīng)開裂脫膠,有的卻完好如初,朋友百思不得其解,同樣的材料,同樣的工人,同樣的生產(chǎn)工藝,同樣的存放環(huán)境,為何會(huì)有不一樣的密封效果。真正的原因就是膠配的太多,在不同硫化程度下涂至玻璃上的,已經(jīng)開裂的中空玻璃則是膠在半固化狀態(tài)下涂上去的。
